James G. Carrillo, age 64, late of East Side, passed away Monday, September 11, 2017.  Loving father of James Carrillo and Mariana (Paul) Roggenkamp. Cherished grandfather of Jace, Noah, Isabella, Kiana, Ariana, Gavin, Payton, Lucas and Lauren.  Also survived by life partner Sylvia VanWitzenburg and her children, Christine (Richard) Mallozzi and Robert (Melissa) VanWitzenburg. Devoted son of Lupe and late Antonio Carrillo. Dearest brother of Antonio, Robert (Helen) Carrillo, Vera (Joe) Cedano, Michael (Martha) Carrillo and late Frank “Pancho” Carrillo. Special grandpa, uncle and cousin of many. Retired patrolman for Chicago Police Dept. 004 District. Visitation Friday 2-9pm. Funeral Service Saturday, September 16, 2017 at 10am from the Elmwood Chapel, 11200 S. Ewing Ave. Chicago to St. Michael Church mass of Christian Burial at 11am. Cemetery Private.
