James Leonard Caple Jr

I attended Tennessee State University in Nashville from 1972 to 1976. After graduation I returned to Chicago and began a career in business. I was married for 20 years and lived in the northwest suburbs of Chicago. I have one child a beautiful daughter Jennifer. I am currently employed at ComEd and I'm a field supervisor.

I attended Bowen from 1968 to 1972. I remember on my first day a senior saw my schedule and tried sell me an elevator ticket to the 5th floor study hall. It was amazing how crowded the halls were and we made it to class on time in 4 minutes from the first floor to the fifth floor. The diversity of the school prepared me for life after school. I enjoyed attending baseball, basketball and football games because Bowen was the best, always at the top in the Red division.
